Just an idea, but should the "moped laws" page perhaps be it's own category so that there could be sub-categories for laws for different countries (e.g. Moped Laws-United States, Moped Laws-Canada, Etc.)? For now it seems that only having US laws is a bit restrictive. Anyway...it's a project... :)
