Info here saved my rump. I've been trying off and on for 8 years to figure out my Garelli VIP 2 speed ignition problem. KAPOW! Grounded the blue wire and i had spark..MOPED RUNS LIKE HELL! I'm an ASE CERTIFIED MASTER TECH but without the right info, we're all lost. Found a nice, complete wiring diagram then figured it out..
