Swarm and Destroy is the official motto of the Moped Army. When you ride a moped by yourself you are small in comparison to cars, trucks, and the street. But when you ride in a pack, when you’re part of a moped gang, then you can take over the streets. The swarm refers to collective action, the destroy shows the power of change that action might have.
