Motobecane Clutch Pad Replacement
This is a brief guide to replacing worn or lost idle clutch pads (the four outer pads). This specific tutorial is for fixing a variated clutch, with pads donated from a diamoby clutch.
Bulk clutch pad material could also probably be used from here: McMaster Clutch Material
A number of products could be used for attaching the pad to the metal clutch arm, but JB weld is probably the most commonly available adhesive and it should work fine. It is strong and usable up to 500F.
Other epoxies that would work can be found at McMaster as well.
Thanks to Crackstar for the links to McMaster Carr for epoxy and pad material - Julian
