The little wire "sprag clip", "return spring", "captain hook sprag"?

There is a little hole in the inner part and a post on the outer part, they are something like 90 degrees offset from each other. The little part of the spring that points inwards fits into the hole, then it wraps around inside a groove and then the end tucks behind the post that sticks out of the outer part.
