The Breakfast Mafia is a moped gang in Kansas City, Missouri.
They have hosted three rallies -- Street Warrior I, II, and III. When the weather is nice enough (and sometimes when it isn't), they generally fix and try to ride on Sundays, and they ride and try not to fix on Tuesdays.
