MOPED ARMY

I Drive Subaru and Vw. MY moped has been out of commission for a while due to a missing lock nut on the front pulley. I plan on Getting her up and running again really soon. I would love to make her faster without dumping a ton of money into it.
Im a student at delta college and will be hopefully transfering to San Diego State where i will hopefully still ride the moped.
