Hey Guys. I'm 21 and I have been out of the loop for a few years. I've had plenty of mopeds in my lifetime, including tomos, puch, batavus, jailing, Minarelli, Garelli, motobee, j.c. penny, safari, and a few unknown chinese models.
I'm here to both support the world of vintage mopeds, as well as push NJ laws to the absolute limit as to what I can get registered as a moped here on the streets.
