MOPED ARMY

I bought this kid's 01 Targa LX for $450. I'm gonna streetfight it, 70cc kit it, and beat the thing up and down the streets. I love cars, motorcycles, anything with a motor. And I am now 5 years since my Tomos Revival, am getting back into mopeds.
