Moped:
- 1976 Puch Maxi
Yo, I'm Ben, I'm 21years old and I got into the moped scene after my brother got a suzuki FA 50. I took it for a ride, and fell in love! Out of all the machines I have had the pleasure of operating, mopeds are by far the most free spirited and interesting. I recently got my hands on a '76 PUCH Maxi, and I love it! Its all stock for the time being, and it tops out at 19 MPH, but that number is bound to increase in the near future. Tinkering with things has always been one of my hobbies. I love to figure out how things work, and then figure out ways of making those things work better and more efficiently. If money was no issue, I would probably open up a shop and restore old school mopeds, and get them back into the world. It makes me sad to think such beautiful machines oftentimes spend most of their lives rusting in someones back yard. Even if it wasn't that much of a success it would be a nice change from the drone of Aviation mechanics.
