1980 Sachs Prima 5
Yamaha motorcycle shocks, garelli seat, luggage box houses small tools and power for electrical system (ground lights for nightriding) tomos rear rack, fairing from handybikes cut to fit, 65cc Autisa cylinder and piston ported and matched by Smitty @ SMCmopeds for max low and midrange power with 15mm Mikuni carb (jet #76) and a velocity stack filter from a Goped, filter intake tube is shortened and from a Puch highflow filter. all new engine seals, bearings, crank, and clutch pieces. passenger pegs. stock exhaust. 11th-40th gearing gets me 38mph in just under 6 seconds with the stock pipe, still waiting for that Gianelli pipe and hoping to achieve 45mph+ when i change gearing to 11th-36th. bike has unbelievable power from 0-30mph and pretty much evens out after that. i still need to fix the jetting because it leans out after 3/4 throttle and makes that fourstroking sound, i have yet to see the bikes true speed due to jetting problems and the stock pipe.
