Chad Burke's Moped Community Build and Gather
The weekend of December 9-11 I will be having a Moped Community Build and Gather. I did this last last year and people from all over the country showed up. There will be great knowledge based resources of people who are skilled builders/tuners in the community as well as novice with projects. It's and event designed to both hang out and meet people from the community as well as help those in the community that might not have the knowledge, resources, or tools to do the tuning or build that they are setting out to do. There will be access to welding, powder coating for items that have been sand blasted prior (ovens can fit tanks, wheels, but not complete frames). In addition there will be music, and BYOB fun. Everyone is welcome and it will be at my shop. Also I am raffling off a pretty clean Puch Cobra. I am working to have other raffle items as well. Housing will be a mix of people in the community offering up space, the space available in the warehouse, and hotel/motels.
