At this point I think my kissyman express is in brat-sozuko territory with the knobbies and that oh so "agressive" stance. sooo, it's not a noped, it's a chopper baby? I posted a pic of it awhile back in that thread. What are the saddle racks on that ciao made from fox?

update: I took kissyman to NOLA and rode around with some Smoggies, I think the piston ring stuck to the piston in the hot southern streets, it died just after we passed through the french quarter and wouldn't start back up. At the same stop sign within seconds of kissyman dying Zach's Moby's variator bearing seizes and screeches to a halt, leaving his bike in GO mode (can't st

Lake Travis deserves better...... just know that for as many dumbfuck trump supporting sub humans there are in Texas, real humans do exist here.

sooo if jesus was an emaculate birth like a reptile (parthenogenesis) would he be a descendant of the snake in the garden of eden? and why has the devils imagery always been serpents and deceit yet he was a literal angel. seems like the lizard people have spun a great wool over the eyes of the masses

lonestar has been putting out a bunch of new stuff lately, they have the "24/7" which has half the alcohol content, also the "jade" which is a mexican style lager. I accidently grabbed the 24/7 and hated it haven't tried the others yet. My favorite beer for the past year or two is mama tried out of Brenham. super tasteee and just as cheap as lonestar, the only downside is

I live in texas. took nearly 4 months for because the plates got sent back to the vermont DMV for some reason. I called and talked with them at about 2 months and figured it out, they issued me new plates with a different number. Then I ended up receiving both sets of plates. this was last year though not during covid times

got more done, miles to go still but I'm gonna ride it like this in the meantime. (after i figure out how I can angle my headlight downward)added the supposedly heat resistant LED to the exhaust as a tail light we'll see how well that holds up.... gonna add some more for brake lights at the top of the boso seat when I'm done working on that.welded in some cylinder studs between the

yes Nick! that's what I'm looking for. so with a 44 inch high bottom clearance your able to get bikes fully under that as well? that's what I was worried about making something and and then not being able to fit bikes either all the way under, or on top if i made it too tall to compensate. I've got a dry walled ceiling so there's not much play on my max height. I guess I

7/8 handle bars are pretty close in size to matching a 19mm carb. I made an intake out of some pretty easily and my streetmate ripped after.

so I'm running out of room in my 1 car garage and it's not gonna stop..... I've got 10 bikes, a rolling bike table, workbench and dumb parts galore. I need to find better ways to organize it all. so, all the moped hoarders that I KNOW are out there in moped land show me what you got going in your storage spaces to make room. I've been thinking of making a shelf to house half m

wow it's really cheap in Ohio for classes. In Texas most places want $250 or more plus you have to come equipped with riding gear, but I agree that riding classes are good for anyone who wants to actually spend time on a bike with a motor.

yea Ben, the other bike that was stolen at the same time popped back up not too long ago but i didn't want to drive 11 hrs to fight a meth head for it. maybe one day I'll see my baby in the streets again lmao

I love that white snake seat Ben. I had the long seat version on my maxi that got stolen. I also like the lines it makes with the cross bar and chopper forks.

cut on the chamber side of the weld where the header and chamber are connected, then the extra bit should just fall out of the chamber. weld it back up and your good.

turns out a Tomos shock spring is the exact same length as an express stem tube!

I was gonna try for a triple fork but it would have been too heavy and there was some tire clearance issues so I backed off the crazy a little.
Brent Bhuiyan — 2 years ago
so as I was adding the Urban handle bars my buddy, had the greatest idea ever and it worked beautifully, now I have a dual forked springer thing LMAO.

Interesting roffman I've never heard about oil gumming a new kit, I could of swore I said I hadn't re-jetted it properly yet too. What I meant by a little rich is I added a cap full to the tank because I knew I was running lean and just trying to see if it would start up. I haven't even ridden it around the block yet because of the clutch issue.
Brent Bhuiyan — 2 years ago
update, got it started up finally yesterday. didn't have the correct jet in yet so I haven't run it too much, but it seems like the clutch is slipping too much and isn't really grabbing. I need to take a look in there and see what's going on. sounds pretty good so far though, even with the wrong jet, if I leave the choke on it idles ok , but I also mixed rich for the break in.

cut the excess out of the pipe header. there's almost a foot of extra pipe going into the chamber.

I picked up another express over the weekend that's titled. So now I can have a "legal" boso bike lol....I'm swapping all of the parts over to this frame now and figured the urban bars I had hanging in my garage looked cooler so I made them work. I think I'm gonna try to find some pocket bike fairings and extra lights. Then I'll paint the whole thing, maybe(undecided)
