Post some pics, I wanna check this sucker out.Worse comes to worse, I -May- be able to liberate one more Gorgon head for you, and That will keep the temps down. But with a clutch pulley and Etc, I'd say just go with a doppler cylinder and head, It's the best for the money and will get you to 55 Reliably. If I EVER build up another AV10 (Unlikely) I'm gonna go with doppler Everything

The Doppler is gonna blow anything over a 50cc cylinder up, and Fast. Get a retarding CDI box for the treats CDI setup, and you might be okay.CHT gauge is a MUST.MetraKit? Not familliar with a Motobecane Metrakit. An SHA on a 74cc AV10 is gonna be a 40MPH bike, maybe 45, even with the doppler. Just can't breathe well enough for the higher revs. Heat buildup is going to be a problem, heat

Eric P: I got it running Great after the rally, it needed a ton of chassis and front end work, but I got it there and put a bunch of miles on it.Then I Jbot ported it, revved it up, and broke the crank. Oops.Cleaned it up, got a super stuffy in there, which brought up the power a TON, and managed to rev up to 12,000. And that blew out the exciter coil. Oops.Still waiting on funds to get a new

Would need a window in the piston, but I tossed around the idea a bunch as well.Major restriction is the transition from the reeds to the intake port. Would need something like a velocity stack to smooth out the airflow, or else you get pooling of mix near the corners of the reeds.

Heat soaking, robs a good amount of torque. There's almost endless reasons why that could be happening.Make sure your engine is set up properly, or get some stronger clutch springs. Could just be that you're not able to get back up into the power.

The CDI is overall a better system, the reason people have problems with them is directly related to where they are manufactured.Every automobile runs some sort of electronic ignition now. Plus, HPI's stuff is really excellent, so why go with anything else if you can manage it?

I am a Literal devil worshiper. No, seriously, I'm a luciferian Witch. I've got the third nipple to prove it.Lemmie know when the white God of Aaron, Issac and Abraham comes back around, he's been pretty absent since we killed His son.

The issue with correcting the port timing by raising the cylinder is that you're Derestricting it. That's what really leads to heat, it wasn't supposed to turn much faster than stock, and that 3MM deck height was so idiots can run stock heads and not have an issue.I've ported, decked, raised, reed valved and fitted that Airsal 47 with a supercooler head and it still finds a wa

I'd personally like to get a a puch crank stroked to 47mm, so I can have a Squared up Gila. That'd be a beastie.

Tuned pipe and high revs on that build is gonna have you pushing up over 500F on a regular basis. Get a CDI box with a curve to stave that off, but your real problem is gonna be your Cases heating up.Your bike will have awesome torque when you start it up for the day, but your cases are gonna heat soak to 350F or so after fifteen minutes, because Motobecanes don't have any ability to shed he

Pipe and even the stock carb will rip. Regear and put red springs in the clutch. That engine can Rev. My friend CZ rode 70 miles or so on his old motomarina, blew a clutch side main bearing and made it back to the rally site under power. Uglies rally last year. They're tough engines.

Unprotected, reckless anal sex, sure. You know that I've fucked dudes about 50 ways and only one of them is 'Insert tab A into slot B'. Besides, who seriously gets their butt stuffed without asking 'Hey, Uh, you're clean, right?'Besides, condoms are considered customary if you're fucking someone you just met, kinda thing. You know, after you've had enough sex with enough people, the basic anatomical arrangement kinda stops being important. You don't go gay just because the lady you've played with has a cock. Furthermore, there's some major advantages to fucking dudes that don't get talked about a ton, so there's nothing Wrong with being sexual with dudes. Sorta like there's nothi

I run a 'Synthetic Blend' 2 stroke oil in all my bikes, and the biggest improvement I have seen compared to straight petroil is with Carbon Buildup. No stick rings, no carbon scoring, no clogged ports. It pisses black goop everywhere, but that carbon has to go somewhere.

Most of the important stuff is there. No real need to go 70cc kit, but if you were going to, get the alukit off Treats and do a bunch of site searching, read the wiki, etc.Tomos are easy to fix, but your clutches may be in need of some love. The cork that the factory pads are made of is... Well, it's a 'Wear Item', and subject to frequent replacement. For performance, an Estoril p

An A35 with a pipe, aux ports, improved boost porting and ringland ports could probably do the job. There's enough port area there to keep the cylinder filled to 10K, keeping Power up that high is the aux exhaust ports jobs. Increase area, not duration.

Get an Ax31 belt and you can run it that way, you lose a little top end variation though. The Airsal 74cc doesn't need to be spaced up to deliver good power, but that Le Partie CDI needs to be replaced with a curve box before running. Also, don't port out the exhaust, unless you want that doppler to go crazy runaway and blow the cylinder.Mods to the piston are a good idea, and a CHT sens

You'd have to take it to a machine shop and have them cut the journal out to accept a roller bearing. which is challenging without a horizontal mill, unless you can somehow bolt a plate over the outside. Then they could do it with a standard vertical mill.

I think people might care more about your opinion if you took the time to actually type it all out.Plus, nobody likes a gatekeeper. A man can do whatever he likes with his private property. Where's your Collection, VJD? Or is it missing 2/3 of the parts on every bike, like your 'You's?
