I friggin love this pipe! I run it on my "stock" 103, now Im running a stock late model Euro cylinder, so it has the bolt on style exhaust, this wont work with the US screw in type.Check it out hereIm a huge fan of this pipe, wish we could get a few more state side, good luck!

Forum: Performance
Its kinda a moped? I mean its a 2-t 50cc shifty, soooo close enough right?Anyhow, one of these came into my hands, it has been modified, the cylinder has been overboard, Puch Hi-comp head, PHBG carbThe overbore seems sloppy to me, it has no torque, running a single ring, like ya I get it, its a shifty, run a single ring to spool it up a bit higher and take advantage of the rpms with gears. Butttt

Ive always used the Super Stuffy Treats crank with the party pack, Ive never had any issues with this crank and cant say I know enough to make and argument for or against it, rather its just constantly worked for me from 50cc's to 64cc'sI would like to know what really makes a crank superior? Stuffed cranks have less case volume so they should work better on smaller cylinders, unstuffed

Set the timing at 2.5 yesterday after a very long night of getting this thing together, it started right up but would only idle with the choke onI’m running a 21 Phbg on a 4-petal Malossi reed block, started at 82, which I know is lean since I’m running a 102 or so on my LC Doppler av10 set up, but I was happy to hear it pop to life after a good 8 hours of wrenching yesterdayMore tuning and playin

Better then a Solex? I think not, Solex use real bearings, these are plastic, the crank is trash, the ignition is mostly plastic, if you ride for more then 10 miles the motor will literally meltI've never said this before, just get a damn Solex

So I was readingThis old threadAnd it seems pretty inconsistent, all the way from 1.5mm btdc, to 3mm btdcAnd are you setting exclusively with a timing light? Or are you using the indicators on the flywheel and magneto via Maize handily e50hpi video? It would be nice to use the indicators as I always question the settings using a drill since the rpm point is wildly lower then what the bike will even
