I would bet good money that was an overbore bummer its no good anymore, I love mid sized v1 kits! you could also try finding a piston on Treats that is 43mm and just cutting it up a bit to make it fitThat said, the Polini is rock solid, its never a bad choice

And the Pepi is ready for Spring carb tuning, Fresh tires and tubes today, switched the Tomos Techno circuit out for an old school v1 Proma, re-wired it, tossed some yellow springs in the clutch (would have preferred blues but I somehow only had 1).Annnnd it fired right up, spurred on by Gene Cream and friends it pulled surprisingly well for a little 55cc cylinder, here’s to fun

Whats that? There's more? Ya, Ive been in the shop A LOT. Here is another update, its a 103 SP! I was running this bike with a 50cc Airsal, Teknix cases, Artek crank, ER3 Variator, Doppler clutch pulley (the shitty ER-86 with a couple of mods to hopefully make it suck less), Polini engine spring, Athena reeds, 15-SHA, Malossi intake, Le Partie with transversal box, Simo Circuit, 11x56 gearing

So I started a thread on the 103 Botanas Polini cloneIf the quality of this kit is as good Im sure it will be fineI've since got mine installed and started (there is snow on the ground here so thats as far as Im getting for now), Im pretty happy with the quality of the cylinder, whomever DOS is getting to make these copies is doing a great job.
