my idle speed is too high. i adjusted where the cable connects to the carb but that didnt seem to do anything. would you screw the adjuster in or out? i screwed it in but no change. anyother ways to adjust the idle speed?

i followed the wiki and it was the spark timing and points needed adjusting.

Ive looked at it more and more and found that it sparks only when i pedal really fast. a casual pedal wont do it. does this mean i have to adjust the breaker points? if so how do i do it

my moped kicks when im pedaling really fast i have to be going down a hill actually. i have spark and compression and gas is getting to the carb. it only kicks when im going fast and pulling the throttle then when i let go of the clutch handle it stops kicking. i have no clue whats going on. any ideas?

i want to adjust my chain because it moves to one side on the front spocket and clicks and rubs. the back tire is all the way over. is there any trick to move the front sprocket out like with a washer? i tried to take the sprocket off but it was really stuck. any suggestions?

I took the engine head off my moped and found that one of the rings were broken on the piston. where could i find one???

yes it does get spark but somtimes the spark is weak and other times its very good

i have a 1980 columbia imperial and when i try and start it i pedal and it kicks like its going to start but then nothing happens if i stop pedaling it stops and if i continue it contines to pop and kick.any Ideas????

It doesnt run but it turns over. its got a sachs engine. no title.all the parts accept airfilter and the wheels spin

hey if its high torque it usually was painted black and doesnt have full open square ports and isnt all aluminum. if its high torque ill take it
