The razz stator coils mounted on the qt stator plate works great. You just have to cut a slot in the plate to snake the wires thru. I run this set up on a few bikes with the same headlight bulb mod.

Have you bottle feed it fuel from a spray bottle? if there is a drain screw in the float bowl crack it open after it stalls and see if there is gas in the float bowl. If it were me I'd ditch both your carbs and get a good carb like a vm18 or a good pw 80 carb, not a nock off one.

How about a pre 2002 vertical Zuma cdi? I used the Yamaha Razz internal stator coil mounted on the Qt stator plate and I'm sure the cdi from the razz as well. My Zuma cdi box looked close as well.

PW 80 carb ( Ebay under $20) , dremel out yor intake to open it up some and add the boysen reeds. Someone will chime in with jet sizes, or read up on jetting and read your plug, or jet up untill you 4 stroke & drop down untill it cleans up .40's with this set up, or add Pw 50 hole shot clutch springs and a tomos pipe like the Bi turbo or boss fit with slight mods. Then upper 40's

^yup cone shaped funnel like restrictor @ the header with a spot weld holding them in. Easy as shit with the right dremel bit to remove.Got several leos and all came with a sticker on the header showing what and where the restrictor was, but not to remove it. Wink/Wink! Funny shit there
