In my experience, reeds pretty much eliminate the need for fine tuning a sha slide. Piston port on the other hand benefits greatly from it. Most piston ports only need a #7 slide to be perfect. Its hard for me to imagine that a prolific carb maker like dellorto missed their bases somehow.

I'm aiming to bring mine to I guess "mid size" but yeah even with my gorilla ass they aren't the worst. I used to ride this mini v1 thing that was even smaller and it was fine.

I find flush to be good enough for mild set ups but if you're running big boi set ups, 2 past flush should be about your maximum. So, use that as a frame of reference I guess. On. A 10 scale, 5 being mild and 10 being wild, 5 is flush, 10 is 2 turns. Shrug. Best I got

I literally sold a top tank garelli to mlm Devin this morning for $200 and it's better than yours. Get real with these prices. The market is speaking to you right now.

If I remember correctly, I did this once by removing the fork tubes from the yolk by loosening the fork nuts on the sides and unbolting the two top bolts, the slid puch ebr tubes right in there and bolted them in and tightened the side bolts. Brake plate figment wasn't an issue because I put a puch snowflake on but those details you'll have to figure out on your own

Yeah, a few hours a night for a few weeks is totally not worth a $2k bike.....I mean if someone would rather have the $15 an hour and make $600 instead they could do that but why? Why would anyone do that?Oh that's right, I remember what a $2k bike looks like to you, a stock bike with a kit.Or you know, you could switch the roles around and do some Avery math and work 26 hours at @ $15 an hou

the implementation of the OT forum was a stroke of genius. its basically a bottomless pit where the filth and chaff of this community can rot and fester without clogging up the rest of the forums. like no one in this thread has said or contributed anything meaningful on the other forums in years if ever and youre all here stuck like a hornet trap flinging poo at each other like a bunch of tin foil

So there's this guy, tony Moore. Probably a fake name. Anyway, he bought the bike (supposedly) that was stolen from the shop belonging to Shane herring. Anyway, he responded to one of my fb groups stolen moped posts that he had bought it not knowing it was stolen, then when I offered to but it back or get him a replacement he kinda started to disappear. I hadn't heard from the guy since

I keep seeing people mention bat as a metric for value, and its about time we stop doing that.First, most all of the nutty prices from bat are from the same guy in north Carolina who seems to have a hoard of mint bikes. He also has a dealership connection, which bat prefers.Secondly, if you make a bat account you are very unlikely to have your bikes seen and you cant set a minimum. You're mor

Runs, shifts, rides nice. Starts first kick. She needs a center stand as the one on its bent, a petcock, and a few bulbs, and some new fuel lines. Minor front fender damage and the fairing is bent a little and has a small crack in it. Currently running on an auxillary tank because I didn't have a petcock. Rode it around last night, its sound and good running. I have videos of it running and m

Can only mount to stock forks that don't have the welded on fork brackets. This sits flush and flat against the forks and is held on with a few bolts. It takes pretty specific puch forks to be mounted right and won't mount to ebrs without looking ridiculous. To mount it it other stock forks you have to cut the headlight brackets off and grind down the welds smooth, then drill a hole up

Which part goes in your butt?
Kim Jong illest — 7 months ago
I got yours, I placed the numbers you picked that were available and randomized the ones that weren't
Kim Jong illest — 7 months ago
Here's the QR code if that helps. Just be sure to add me on fb "Goshen mopeds" and leave a note in your venmo to which numbers you want to pick. When the magnum winner has been picked were going to be doing one more raffle after that, a restored maxi LS, here's a sneak peek.
