So, I wrote that guide as I work almost exclusively in puchs and the main takeaway I was trying to convey was the relation to which forks go with what fenders.Free spirits have two different forks and only the regular free spirt uses the combos it does.Free spirit deluxe uses the exact same fender and forks as a magnum 2Regular free spirit has a lower fender brace that is exactly like a maxi lower

4 left. 3 stock za50s, one e50.The e50 looks to be bored for a gila. Was rebuilt at some point as it has newer case hardware and an aftermarket crank. The zas are all bone stockThese should all be considered "parts motors" because I have no idea their story, except one of the zas I put a new wrist pin bushing in and maybe pucks but I don't remember because it's been years.$100 e

Well, treats and mlm to be specific. But what the hell do they know about moped parts. Its not like I would know anything about it being hands on with product development and a block away from where its all made. This county is a manufacturing Juggernaut. We have some of the best fabricators and 3d printers in the country here making your moped parts.I wasn't here to shit on your parade, I

Because its been attempted many times, funded well, by well known manufacturers and the results are always the same. The intakes warp and the weight of the carb distort them. Pretty much everything materials wise was tried, even carbon fiber. The results are always the same. I suppose in the case of case inducted, extremely short intakes like av10 and pugs there's less chance of that but with

Most 3d printers are at temp at 180°Large motors like said fords are cooled to usually about the same temp, maybe a tad bit higher than that, 190, 195 sometimesCase inducted intakes rarely reach much of a high temp at allPiston port cylinders often reach temps twice what a 3d printer wouldYes, I know technology advances and some newer plastics/resins can handle the higher temps, but heat it plasti

Plastic bolted to hot cylinders, what could go wrong? You'd think the bean counters at every motor manufacturer ever in all of time would have realized that plastic is far cheaper to produce than metal but hey, blaze those limp spaghetti noodles. I'm sure you know something none of them ever did.

You know, the way you describe all this, its almost like you're proud that a bike you built was stolen, like it somehow vindicates you.Nobody gives a shit about your beefs. Just give the important information. Pics, where and when it was stolen, who to contact if its seen.God, only you could make someone else's stolen bike about you. Ugh.

This leleu puch rim now fits this garelli swingarm like it was made for it. I still think I'm gonna shave a mm off the outer spacer of the bake plate but it looks damn good now and the centering is perfect. The rear tabs were cut and weld reinforced for maximum beefiness. Should line the swingarm up like magic. With this, I can now throw some 5ers on the mag x and throw these 17 x 2.75 Sava m
