4. Re: Does a Maxi Sport Chrome Fender fit EBR forks?

Kim Jong illest — 14 days ago
Forum: General Discussion
Maxi chrome fenders with brace bolt straight on. Sometimes, depending on your brace, you may need to use a washer between the tabs. With the brace you have now only needs to be bolted to the fender, possibly drilled. Easy as pie.

In China, the word for crisis also means opportunity. Dremel that crooked exhaust port top and bottom to be even again then run a thicker base gasket. You'll get the benefit of better exhaust breathing as a bonus. Hell while you're at it you could open the intake a smidge too.

Yo...wtfGrab some pliers and pull the plastic tip off, then use the same pliers to simply pull the pin out. You don't need anything fancier or more complicated than that. And pull up. That clip isnt going anywhere, dont worry. Once you've done what you needed to do you can push it back in with your bare fingers and then push the plastic tip right back on.

If you want to put the stock fender back on, the first link you shared is literally your only option as its the only ebr made specifically for red freespirits with the rear facing fender mounts for the red freespirits unique fender.Keep in mind that the red freespirit uses a non flared fender which only accommodates 2.00 tires. If you want to go wider, use a flaired maxi fender and put the lower f

Man, so few people realize what a nose dive your life takes when you suddenly come into a large amount of cash.Everyone's got a hand out, you stay awake at night wondering who your friends are.Your friends and family always need more, you become a commodity. Then you're an asshole if you don't keep feeding the monkey. You never look at your s.o. the same again. They've got frien

> First off your build is gorgeous, what headlight is that?>> Looks like that rear is 3.00. Good lord.Thank you! It's actually the stock headlight from a regular red freespirit thats been powdered if you can believe it. It's nearly identical to the bullet headlights treats sells. Both front and rears on mine are 2.75. It damn near stands on its own without a center stand haha

That rear tire is absolutely enormous and that's half your issue. You can also just add a bit of chain and pull it back some but damn, what's the tire size on that monster? I've got 2.75s on the front and rear of this one and they are tighter than dick skin but the rear can still go all the way forward without rubbing.

19. Re: Sears FreeSpirit Deluxe - Intake Manifold Rectangular vs Round?

Kim Jong illest — 5 weeks ago
Forum: General Discussion
It should have a 14 square port intake. Many of them have plastic restrictors at the end you can pop out to derestrict them. Usually a good stab and twist with a large screw driver pulls em right out.

Here's those same freespirit forks on a deluxe with the deluxe fender set up. Instead of the mlm brace I used the wbr brand chrome one. Same style brace, this one's just chrome.

Your fender has no lower brace and that's not awfully safe. You really should have it braced. As far as stiffness goes, if I'm remembering right from your previous posts about your bike, it seemed like you had some sketchy work done on it yeah?Ebrs are supposed to be stiff, but not to the point that they feel like rigid forks. It sounds like there was all kinds of fuckery involved when th

So, regular freespirits (red) are the only model that mounts the fender this way. The forks they have are totally unique to that model and that model only. Those ebrs are newer versions of them.Red freespirits only use these forks with the mounting tab on the back. Unlike say, a maxi, where the lower fender brace (the chrome one that goes around the sides horizontally) attaches to the axle with la

On the topic of forks, can't help but notice you don't have the bolts to your fork tubes in your triple tree. Might want to get on that like right now.The forks im using are these:https://www.treatland.tv/puch-maxi-freespirit-BLACK-inverted-forks-p/puch-ebrThey are meant for red freespirits, not deluxe. Deluxe uses magnum 2 forks. You can ultimately use these on any puch but they are a li

2 things will determine the feasibility of a build with this bike as it sits. Will the tank hold fluidAre the Trans parts rusted to shitIf the answer is yes and no, sand blast it, powder it. Rebuild the motor. Wheels are abundant. Everything on that bike is abundant and cheap, and can be bought new.Go for it! Build it from the ground up man, take your time and make it yours!
