I'm curious if any one knows of other brand forks/swing arms that would fit on a Maxi. I'm looking to extend the fork by at least 3 1/2 inches and the swing arm by at least 1 1/2 inches.Any ideas would be appreciated.

I usually just run my fingers through my hair until they are thoroughly coat then coat the bearing with that.

I go to thinking about this when I realized that I didn't have a magneto flywheel. I know it will probably take a bit of modification, but is there any reason not to?

Since you are new to this and want to do the work yourself, I'd say go with the E50, put it on what ever frame is most comfortable and appealing to you. Why didn't you use muriatic acid?It should be fine, but one you are done pull it out and blast the tank with an air compressor and replace the filter.Ad yes replace it, you could leave it off but those little 35 cent screens sure help with replacing the inline filter less often.

Go with an LED even if there isn't enough voltage it will still produce enough light for most uses.

My Maxi had it on the side of frame near the air box.Though I doubt that information helps at all.

You'll be fine. I've done far stupider things in far more dangerous situations and I'm still here.Also when you get the stud out you might want to consider taking it up to your local hardware store and finding an appropriate bolt to use instead.

So far as the Thyristor goes, I'm going to be testing out making them on printed circuit boards if it works I'm going to be selling them through the forum and on ebay depending on how soon you need/want it.
