Dude MAME isn't crap. It's the same exact roms from the original games. you don't know what you are talking about. If you played one set up properly you can't tell the difference! Obviously you haven't!

I always found it easier to start a moby with the headlights off. The flakey h/l switch has always given me problems on every moby I've owned.
reality tv is never real.. Reality is boring.
Yes the show is staged to some degree. I just watched an episode last night where the boxes were nice & neatly stacked. Next scene they were opened and moved around.. A couple of scenes later they were stacked neatly again. They were still viewing the room before the auction even started .

Deez it's actually a fun machine to play. I have a friend who has one and we always play it when I come over.. He's also a rocket scientist at Goddard/NASA.He also pointed out on the playfield of this machine is a picture of Hubble, years before the picture even had a name, That machine was made in '84.

If I had that I wouldn't want to trade. :)
thanks Deezy.I'd be happy to trade ya for that ball bowler of yours ;-)
Hmm that is a tough question. As long as you purchase a Bally/Williams, Stern you should be able to get parts. Some Gottlieb titles are hard to get some parts for. Well, really any machine has items that are unique to it's title. Just make sure whatever you purchase is complete. Broken plastics can be hard to find for some titles. Backglasses too.stay away from the oddball brands such as Atar

Picking it up on Sunday for FREE!!!! I have to travel 3 hours to get it though. Luckily for me I'm doing a pinball repair abuot 30 minutes from where the game is located, and my Sister lives down that way too. I'm going to make a weekend of it. All gas paid for by the pinball repair that I'm doing.
I found my problem was mostly psychological. Unconsciously I'd start to grab for them even though I didn't have any. That only lasted a couple of days.
