FYIkickstands are meant for the moped alone, not the moped plus a Rider. most kickstand issues come about from people sitting on their kickstands and bending the frame , also letting people sit on their mopeds. sorry its big pet peeve of mine.

i think i got two, one the pan is totally rotted , off a SLE perfect seat cover tho.the other is a T.T. good pan , totally trash / duct tape cover.they in new york ill get at ya's in march , GL till then

yooooo, use thinner steel materials and press it in aluminum like how those fancy vespa clutch bells are. derbi needs much less weight on the crank

I did the same as matt about 5-6 years ago, orginally mars did the work , i recently cut and welded a set of ar80 forks with good results besides they are all too short of legs and slam the stance of the bike.
