azzkikinvette,Looks really good! A very careful case match should probably not be underestimated. Also, port timing you have found seems to work amazingly well.It is valuable to have such information as a reference. Do you think the two additional transfer ports on the suction side (as seen later on this thread) of the cylinder would give even more power and top speed?

Thank you very much, guys!There's a notable scratch (you can feel it with fingernail) in my nicasil cylinder so I'm trying to figure out which way I go, new Gilardoni kit or new coating in legendary Autisa (latter: sky high price, maybe 300€ + reeds, piston etc).Any ideas of the outcome of these two kits what it comes to horsepower?-O.
