Does anyone know what size nut goes on the end of the axle if one chooses to leave off the sprocket?

You know, I agree. They really soft in person when you pump them, but on the road I don't mind them much.

The front shocks on my Bravo super soft. I replace the seals and topped off the oil, but nothing changed. There are no other remedies in the Haynes manual either. Not sure what else I can do.Any ideas what's going on here? Anything I can do to improve?

Yeah, heavy weights might be the trick. I know it's free because I took the belt off and variator moves in and out just fine.

Yeah, I have the yellow one on there. I'm surprised because I thought it would work well with the contra spring it came with.

I'm not getting any action out of my variation and can't figure out what's wrong. I'm running a Malossi Variator (all six weights) with a Euro 100mm clutch and AX39 belt. The engine is at the stock position and the belt doesn't seem to be too loose or too tight. Even at full throttle there is NO variation happening. Any ideas?

Seems like that's probably the case as the new one feels twice as firm. I'll try the sharpie trick and see what happens. If that's case, how can I fix?

The springs broke on my old clutch, so I replaced the whole thing with a 100mm euro version thinking it would be an improvement. Now I have it all set up with the new one and the bike's slower than shit.I suspect the belt is slipping because you can hear the engine getting to really high RPMs but it's top speed it probably 15mph. It's odd because the belt seems plenty tight. I'

Great info. It's not reverse threaded and you have to compress the contra spring.I'll try it!

For the life of me I cannot get the big securing nut off the clutch. Is it reverse threaded? Is it ok to put the clutch in a vice so I can get some leverage? Do I have to depress the spring? Any advice would help...
