Hey please let me know if this is a stupid question.I see everyone posting about the problems you run into when installing the 86cc kit for the V-1. Aparently the piston doesn't have enough travel clearence in the case. Would the racing crank that 1977 sells fix this problem??? It has 44mm of stroke as aposed to the stock 42mm.Feel free to let me know if this is a dumb question. Thanks
the guy i got mine from said that it did 45 when he had it running
Yea i am in the process of cleaning my Kov Carb right now and it is a little different than what i am used to. So you know where to get a Dell'orto for a jawa? or are u getting a universal carb...?? So no Perf exaust or anything?
I have an 85 Jawa 210 Sport that should be running very soon. Just wondering if anyone has ever got alot of performance out of the 210 sport. and if so what bolt on's can i buy and where can i get them?thanks allnick

Open up the airbox? Like take it off...come again..
After adding the pipe i will probably have to upjet right?...and what size sprocket should i get to get better low end?
Can someone tell me if i can use the exaust system from the 86cc speed kit on my stock V1 (not 86cc). i'm sure it will help my top end. Will it fit and what are the drawbacks?
Hey can someone tell me if i can use a high perf. exaust pipe made for the 86cc kit for my stock 50 cc V1 on my Motron Medalist.
thanks a ton joe that manual is super helpful!!!
Hey guys im making a gasket right now for my intake/cylinder and the port for the cylinder is big and rectangular while the hole for the intake pipe is obviously round. do i cut my gasket with a rectangle or a hole? probably a dumb question but nobody is around to answer it for me. i would assume to cut it for the hole but just figured i would make use of this kick ass forum.
Thanks alot guys i'll tell u how i make out.
Hey guys, I just finished puting a brand new cylinder and piston on my Minarelli V1 for my motron medalist. the old piston was cracked and scratched and i barely had any compression. After looking a while to find the parts and then waiting for them to come in the bike starts up pretty easily and idles good. But now when i go to start it it seems as though the clutch is not activating the flywheel.
Does anyone have pictures of this NSU 50cc contraption...http://www.scta-bni.org/Bonneville/records/BNIrecs_bikes.htm
