Bill, it dies if I close up the pilot fuel screw.Pat, it'll double check soon!Ryan, forgot to note its a 70cc Kstar, I believe a 19mm carb is fairly standard for this setup.Thanks for help guys, will report back.

Main problem: under weight and stationary the bike conks out unless I blip the throttle a bunch... On stand it'll idle just fine for a long time.Puch ZA50Tecno circuit pipeDellorto PHBG 19mm, 50pilot & 85main, top clip -- stock the rest?, mixture screw @ 1/2 turn.I've tried every variation of clip position, main jets between 85-92 and pilots between 43-50. THANK YOU EVERYONE!I think it was filing the points that solved my problem. Though I did everything that was recommended before attempting to fire it up.I've had this bike sitting in pieces for about five years. Every once and a while I would take a crack and fixing it up -- sometimes with a year in between.Today it ran! Drove up and down the road real smooth :) Very pleased today.Thank again

Hey there,ZA50 2 speed, 6 wire.No spark - How do I get proper readings off the stator?Let me explain...Engine has been sitting for a couple years. It's in good condition now, fully rebuilt.
