Sorry I should had clarified, I didn't dismantle the engine, and don't intend to. Is there a way to tell what it is from the outside?

Dismantled my Puch today with an e50 and realized it has an Aisal top end. Any knowledgeable folks able to explain what that means? From what I've read I know they are for higher performance, but how can I tell what size it is? I didn't see any other markings besides the name brand. If it's not obvious, I'm a bit new to this! Thanks in advance for any information.
