By the looks of your crankshaft , you'd do well to lap the flywheel to the crankshaft .Use a bit of valve grinding ( lapping ) compound .To clarify :

You really don't even need 2T oil in a pinch . Any motor oil will do .Just mix it the same as you would using 2T oil .It will likely smoke a bit more , but , it will not hurt the motor . ;)

To find air leaks and use brake cleaner on the gaskets . A leak will alter RPMs .But , do the following first : Tear the throttle mechanism apart and be sure everything functions smoothly and as it should , including twist grip , cables and carb .Maybe you have the carb slide in backwards ...

Nothin' special ... just a hard seize a mile or so after pinching an oil line .Cleaned the piston and cylinder a bit and ran it for another 4 or 5 years .Sorry about the crappy pic .

New rings will always have less compression than rings seated in a given cylinder .
