I replaced my toasted cdi with a puch cdi, see attached image.Plug and play, with the original stator and flywheel on my Tomos A35.I didn't know if it would work but i took the chance and bought one and it works very well for me.If you have the stator with more than one wire for the cdi it won't work i think.

Hi, I have read on a Danish moped forum that there are two variants of engine blocks with different axles. a 58.5mm axle and a 53.3mm(Picture)Another thing, it is also often necessary to give the kickstart shaft a good hit with a rubber mallet or similar when you need to haveshaft and spring in place.

This is my big noped today, painted with rattlecans 9 years ago, it got many layers of clearcoat (lots of cans) and i have been carefull not to spil gas over it. If/ when i should paint it again i would use real paint with a cheap spraygun and my compressor, the price of the paint is allmost the same.

Thank you it was very informative and good to hear the clutch segmentscan be installed in both ways not to do any damage as they now are installedas #1+#2 and i also have been driving with them as #3+#4 and a mixture#2+#3.I am aware that the pins are asymmetrical. So the factory installation of the clutch for the first gear is like #4 and for the secondgear like #3. As i understand it now :-)Great
