2. im stumped, korado rear wheel removal

Forum: Repair
this is a stupid question for the more seasoned wrenchers. Im installing new tires on my korado. ive put new tires on all 5 of my bikes and its simple. the rear swing arm on these is not open, so you cant just loosen the axle nuts and remove the brake cable and slide the wheel out. I have the chains off, the brake cable off, and the axle nut off. I thought the axle bolt would just slide out unfor

The other day I bought an early Christmas present for myself. This 103, Its the u2 25 mph motor. It runs great and is quite easy on the eyes. It's only issue is the lights, the previous owner had installed the le partie cdi and removed the voltage regulator and never got around to dealing the lights. I am horrible with wiring. I was just curious if someone has a picture of how they wired

It does variate. Looks pretty wild swinging back and forth. Definitely quite an interesting design. The tank and the fairings are also a pleasing design. I was exstatic when I saw it on marketplace it was advertised as a 78 bavatavas moped. I said to myself " that ain't no starflight, that's special"

I need to work out some issues it still has mainly getting the lights to work. I rebuilt the 103 motor and initially put a Doppler 50cc kit, a Doppler crank, the lepartie cdi unit , a Sha 1616, I believe Athena reeds, and derestricted the

Thanks for all the help from everybody regarding this motor and cdi. I have the the bike running now and she is torquey, quick and nimble. Although I may have a leak still, hopefully just around the intake and carb. Haven't checked yet. Anyways I have no lights. The horn works which I have wired in with the lights. I have a ground on it, should I ground the lights more I'm unsure if the

Awesome, I used some blue on those bolts. I think I have the timing right on the money then. The wooddruf key on the crank lines right up to that mark after using the micrometer. Thanks!

Oh and sorry again I ordered one of those trail tech cylinder head temperature guages. What would an overheating temperature be at? I think I read somewhere here which I can't find now 400*f. Is there a general rule how many degrees the ignition should be retarded or will I have to play around with it? Thanks again
