I agree with joe about the transfers, i doubt you'll actually get the rated 20hp with the treats adaptor, im using the piaggio adapter welded up and spacing it. Olny downside is the driveline is weak compared to scooters and the trans input bearing will olny last so long also getting it to hold the rpm needed can really put some strain on it. Ive built a stg6 engine for a customer and widened

Jake basically described exactly what ide like.Plates for the mounts, trellis tube for the midsection, 3/4 round hoop with the trans mounts inside like joes for the rear.Use the 2in longer belt and make room for the carb

I push my mb5 to 11-12 but yeah there's nothing after that. Also ive experienced alot of variables in tach accuracy, i just thorw a 36 tooth on the back and enjoy Its a comfy cruzer

Another thing to think about is bigger the reeds bigger the case/plentum volume theres deff a limit on that too for max efficiency
