Just pull the pump and plug it with a marine plug or the mlm plug on treats. Even if you just seal the lines motor is sill spinning the pump gear... and for what?As far as throttle cable, yes you can just run one to the carb. I made my own cable with a bicycle brake cable pack from wal-mart. Has held up great. Take the black sleeve and mock it up to measure how long you need it to be. Then do the

If you do switch to another kit the malossi 70cc h20 kit is awesome. My temps stay below 140 and hit mid 50’s mph all day.

Ok I may have a solution for you. If it is 35 years or older looks like you can transfer ownership with just bill of sale... I have never tried this. I'm from KS too.https://www.ksrevenue.org/pdf/tr312.pdf

more than likely you will need to replace the needle. Also a good time to check the condition of the float and that it is working properly. ALso check for debris where the needle seats.

I'd start with exhaust. Either MLM h95 or peoples pipe for this bike. I have the h95. Wake ur bike up even if you have a stock cylinder. Means you will have to slightly up jet the carb. treats has that stuff.

I have a stock carb i'd be willing to sell. New float and needle in it. and cleaned out nicely. I upgraded everything so I no longer need this carb. PM me with an offer if interested.

Post pics bro we can help ya. Or u could jus get the h95 mlm and call it good.
Ad Rock — 5 years ago
Ok It can be done!I mounted a 100/90-14 on the rear. Used a washer to space it out from the case just a bit. Had no clearance issue with the MLM H95, I'd imagine it would not fit with stock pipe.Clearance issue with the kickstand. You will either need to space it out or cut the exhaust side of the kickstand.Only took it up and down the street a few times and performed fine. I will test more t
