I got an mlm puch putt-putt pipe. It is a little smaller than the two you are thinking of. You will need to weld on a header. 20 bucks and some shipping.
I need a rear wheel from that bike.
I'm gonna build it. I just did not want to spend time and money to build a bomb. I know reverse cut gears are to move the load to the bearing side but if I had four bearings the cut should not matter. I'm trying to build a motor outta stuff I already have.
Can I use 3 bearing reverse cut gears in 4 bearing cases?
It's too bad I never ran into you. I live Uptown Nola. There are lots of people with peds here. $1000 is not a bad price for Nola. The last two maxis I sold in Nola went for 800 and 850. Both had 70cc kits on them and Proma pipes. If you wanna ride send me a PM.
After you get your new bell off. Get some valve grinding compound. $5 @ Auto zone. Put some on the output shaft. Gently put bell onto shaft while turning your rear wheel it will lap the two together. Repeat until bell comes on and off shaft easily. You can also use this method to seat your decomp valve.
