I've confirmed, multiple times, Vermont wants 3 pics of your bike to confirm VIN.One of the vin itself, one of the vin on the bike and one of the whole bike. No need for local verification, and really there is no need to swap it to colorado, just ride the Vermont plate and save your monies!!

Garelli, however, is evolving and may out live us all.I'm sure the rules and restrictions for sale to the public impede their developed performance. I've def been inspired to build my own w/o all the pesky rules

Is it hitting the HT coil mount or bolt from the inside? That'd be the most common reason for the carb not having room to twist.
