I got both sets the racing set is ok fitment. I think the racing set it ment for first gear as the direction on second gear opens backwards if that make sense. The other stock looking cnc shoes are not correct well the ones he sent me they fit on the hub loose. U can wiggle the pins that's how loose they are. U can even twist the hub with the whole clutch together. I had to sand the lining do

11. Re: A35 with 64cc airsol carb help needed please?

Tomos A35 — 3 years ago
Forum: Performance
At the very least get a 15 sha carb, vm18 or vm20. Lock tight the bolts if they are vibrating loose. I run a 44mm 65cc kit with a vm20 and have everything tourqed to tomos spec and have no issues and no lock tight on anything except the engine case halves. I did have my exhaust bracket bolt hole broke but I welded it back together.

12. Re: Seafoam or diesel in the crank case?

Tomos A35 — 3 years ago
Forum: Repair
Do what ever it takes. I like seafoam or take it apart and use brake cleaner doesn't really matter carbon and oil are just going to get gunked up in their anyway. Use a high quality oil if u want less build up.

Evapo rust is the best and safest takes a little bit of time to work. muriatic acid is the fastest and most dangerous way of doing it. But in my experience it's the best. whatever way you choose right after your rinse make sure you dump premix in the tank quickly to prevent flash rust just shake it up and then dump it out. personally I wouldn't seal any tanks it's a messy job if the

Tomos A35 — 3 years ago

Black stuff is carbon build up use carb cleaner or brake fluid cleaner. That head looks like it's been leaking get a head gasket or a different high or low compression head. Make sure after u clean it up put some 2 stroke oil in the cylinder so the rings aren't running dry. Check your head after you torque it down for leaks. Fyi if I where u I take the time and remove the whole top end c
