Yeah, what he said. But what you want to do is run the bike full throttle for like a mile, then chop the throttle (let off of it) and at the same time turn the bike off and coast to a stop. That way you will see how it is running at full rpms.

I think something like this could be done.. See Attachment.You would drill holes in the fins for water too go through, then put this box over the cylinder.The butterfly valve would be mostly closed till the motor was warm. The just opened enough to keep it at the right tempature.I don't think you would need a radiator, but if you did I bet you could put it in front of the engine.

The float raises and lowers the needle valve.. As gas fills the float bowl, the float raises and closes the needle valve, and as more fuel is needed the float lowers which lets the needle valve open and more fuel flows in.Hope that helps,Ben

If the piston is stuck in the cylinder you can aim the motor up and poor some Marvel Mystery Oil over the piston, and in around 5 hours the piston should be free.Good Luck,Ben
