Best bet is a Tig welder. Everyone has a friend that welds. This is the best route .

I still see no reason for a 2 mil spacer on the parmakit. I’ve measured the cylinder and piston. The cylinder is the same as a stock cylinder other then the 48mm. Same for the piston. What I did find is if you space it you risk the rings going into the port. The ring pins are definitely not in the right location. I’m thinking about ordering a polonium piston and checking it out.

That’s actually really nice condition. Check the tank if it’s rusty or nasty clean it. And clean the carburetor don’t forget to clean the idle jet or you’ll be doing it again.

I wouldn’t waste time with coke! Takes days if not weeks. Get a jug of acid magic! Available at pool supply store or ace hardware/ true value hardware.

You can’t just slap on a kit! Blake over at Dos has some parmakit 48mm kits polini is selling them directly on eBay. Other than that you can’t find any. Along with the kit you need to weld the clutch pins and add Springs along with a pipe which nobody really has too many pipes. Dos Has a few but they’re for Puch which fits no problem. Why put a puch cylinder on a jog? They actually make about 5hp. And they’ll smoke your puch .Malossi and polini make racing kits.
