for the SHA gasket, just cut one from your gasket paper. it'll be fiddly because it's small, but you should be able to do it.

could be your crank seal. you can also check for leaks by spraying soapy water around all seals and gaskets while pressurized (like 5 psi).

yup, that jet seems rather big. as Brit said, 70 would be getting twords the top range. i know you are using leakdown testing, but you gotta have an air leak somewhere. that's prolly why your temps are spiking.

pull the plug and feed some narrow diameter rope into the chamber. that will stop the piston movement and let you tighten the nut.

there are some decomp parts at treats, maybe you can refurb yours? Or seal it up. but starting might be difficult if compression is high enough.
