If you se the cars in the background shot of the red car, they are not Jaguars. They are also made by Mitsuoka based on the Nissan Sentra sedan. They use a fiberglass replacement front end to give the illusion of the Jaguar.
There is no emission testing in Florida where I live, either. The vehicle still has to be at least 25 years old or it will be seized and destroyed and you will be fined and out the money you spent on the car.
