I got the roller bearing the other day. All I have done is take it out of the package and slip it into the crank. Initially it appears to be smooth with minimal play. I was thinking I can try feeler gauges and compare to a stock roller (if tolerances aren't too tight) but I think I'd have to pull a cylinder off- theyre on bikes. It's good enough for me to try it.I will smooth/buff

Had an old crank with no bushing in it, instead of getting a new bushing, I got a roller bearing. Fits in nicely. My only concern is lateral travel, but 13mm is the width of a standard vespa roller bearing.vespa piaggio BRASS con rod bushing - 12 x 14 x 12$3.99brass con rod bushing for 12mm vespa piaggio ciao, bravo, grande, and si wrist12mm ID - 14mm OD - 12mm wideTOP crankshaft needle bearing -

I posted on Jim's last laser plug:I picked up a lazer 5 and an older bashon on craigslist. $100 I think for the pair. Both were shit. The laser was even more crap than the bashon.Granted there are some decent parts on the bikes. Brakes, front end, ok seat, mirrors, some nuts and bolts, etc. . I got rid of the laser and decieded to keep the bashon- it's a shifty(2-speed w/ no pedals)It

Yeah. Pull carb, clean it real good. There is a little hole for idling ( thing referred to in joe s's post above) that you need to blow out with compressed are or poke with a small piece of copper wire. Clean it out, but don't enlarge it. It's hard to see/find the first time. It's on the housing, under the emulsion tube. Look on wiki/utube.I'd do that first, then run it a

Did he abandon it, or is there a dispute about paying for the services you provided?Maybe do written estimates in future. I put pay options, and that payment in full on delivery. Have them sign the estimate, each person keeps a copy. You can even write storage fees for not picking up on time, or abandonment criteria. I call when I encounter any more costs/labor.Won't do you no good now, but c

I don't know about ca law, but in mo, a cop does not need to be present to issue a citation. Also, I ran my truck up onto the sidewalk some years back to avoid a collision, that's when I learned that you have no accident to report and no claim unless there is contact.I would talk with an attorney and see If I could sue for medical- if I had no insurance. In reality- because I have medica

Thanks for help. -ill do some more searching. My thinking is to familiarize myself with using it when things are working properly and I know about what outcome I'm looking for- then I know if I'm doing it correctly when troubleshooting on another bike.

I see blue spark, tingles my finger pretty good, but I'd like something more concrete.I got one of these.I have figured out how to find resistance to see if I'm completing a circuit. But, How do I test my voltage?Follow wing the directions, it seems like I should place probe on Spark plug electrode and the other on the engine head, set on DC?I've tried several settings. Can someone wi
