Thanks for all the input and advice fellows. Much appreciated. I'd ideally like to have the piston ring pin moved to a different location but unfortunately, I don't have the resources to do it myself, and none of the motorcycle shops/machine shops around me will help me out :( So I'm just gonna chamfer all the edges and sand everything smooth and hope for the best! Hey guys I was wondering what you thought about the position of the ring gap being in the intake like that. The piston is a vertex Teflon coated one from treats. Also the piston is at BDC in the photo so that's as far down as the ring will ever go. I'm just wondering if that ring gap is gonna get caught on the edge of the intake port at high rpms. Also, do you think it would do me any g
