I have a set of e50 cases cut and welded for a gila, but I want to use a puch hero kit I have laying. My question is, will there be a problem if the cases are bored out for the gila and have like a small gap or so between the hero cylinder skirt and the cases? Mocking it up, it ll seal fine since there was material added to the cases, but Im wondering if the gap between the cylinder will be fine.

Just finished this little fella up tonight. Its been passed around a bit from different people around the area. Finally it ended up in my lap, with broken head bolts, missing case bolts, bent clutch arms, smeared polini, and numerous other missing nuts and bolts. But we can rebuild him, better, faster, stronger.

Hey friends, I’m trying to find information about modding this pancake looking exhaust for a moby. I could of swore I saw it somewhere but can’t find it. Lol these threads are great. One in particular for me was putting the wrist pin clip on, and accidently launching the clip in the direction of my nearly full 40 gallon trash can. I was supposed to come in off screen and whip a shitty around a them, but the gravel was way more loose than I anticipated. At least nothing happened to the bike so I lucked out.
