I have my puch totally fixed up until this point. My light/horn switch needs to be wired and for some reason i cant get it working right. I extended the wires so they would fit but I cant get the horn to work right when hooked up. Here is a picture of the switch I am using. If you have it which wires go into which holes? Thanks

Try steves moped.

You need something to go in the center of it and tank the flywheel out. There is a flywheel puller you could buy for around $6 + shipping.

use kroll or kroil oil. soak a rag with it and let it sit. I dont know if they still sell it but if they do use that.
Blaise Margherito — 17 years ago
use kroil oil (something like that.) I had the same problem with my ciao and a few days of continously soaking it it finally came free with enough hits.

The problem that caused the moped to stop working was that whenever I braked the engine would cut and everytime I started it up it would increasing get harder to start. Any reasons what could have caused that?

First I had to replace the piston rings because they froze to the sleeve then it worked for 2 weeks. Then it stopped working so I figured it was the coil, points, and/or condensor so i replaced all of them and now I am stuck with no spark because its 30 years old. Thanks

I replaced the bulbs, Im pretty sure I did the points right I used the tutorial on this website, and I'll look into the ignition and kill switches. Thanks
