Is there anyway to get rid of side to side play with out re engineering the motor,was timeing the bike and the fly wheel looks like it moves a 1/4" of a inch in and out, when i rev it. will putting some shims in clutch side help or destroy? "stock crank" with 70cc tccd the old 1 this motor has been rebuilt runs like a dream over 2000 miles on this with kit..

Try a 76 or 78 jet the gear slowed you down a tad,the tank cleaning usually winds up settling in carb bowl and then to plug but 80 is to big unless weather is affecting your jetting...

i am running a drilled 12mm bing drilled to 16mm intake as well run's 50-55 wth 70cc tccd kit took out idle screw works great with a 78 jet 2.22 atomizer.
