You would be saving hassle by buying brand new.

@Mars, thats what I was thinking only because when you shimmy it left to right it forces the roller bearing to spin forward and stop, ever so slightly. I kind of figured it was like that because of the one way bearing.@Tyler, im taking it apart to loctite everything and regrease. I figured id get a general idea of what was going on.Thanks guys!

I will def. pick one up! Repost or BUMP when you get them!

Somebody didn't read far enough...The bearing sleeve fits great (and already is shimmed). It's like the pulley is loose (but evernything is snugged up) is this normal or has anyone experienced this before?

My Doppler clutch pulley for a Peugeot 103 has left to right slop in it. Its spaced correctly because the bell housing and bearing housing dont move, just the pulley itself has about 3-5mm of play. Any ideas how to fix that up?
Eric Wendt — 9 years ago
Thanks for the rad time P$Had a blast, good seeing some folks! Until next time!
Eric Wendt — 9 years ago
Make sure you do it right and you wont have to fix anything for a long time. I did it that way and i've been fine for a while now. It is annoying to have to drill them out if you do need to do work in there.
