Haven't had a chance to blast more then up and down the street this week. But it has very light weights in variator to keep the rpm''s up and it's just starting to pull hard when I gotta let off the gas so my neighbors no complaino. I'll try and get a video up this weekend of it blasting. Still need to go belt shopping for it also. Is the AX30 the best replacement for stock

Ran a grounding wire from behind the stator to my frame ground as well. Tried to play with the timing some more, slapped on a new coil but ohmed out same as the others and no improvement. Couldn't get spark on the jog box. Time for some more reading in the AC

Yeah lots of compression and decomp works and showed no leaks when I sprayed it down. Shit just has the faintest spark I've ever seen. Wont even rev up on the stand. Guess ill throw a timing light on it at an idol and see what the box is doing before I replace it to compare with the jog box.

CDI, no condenser.Set timing and checked it a few times at 1.5, 2, 2.5mm BTDC, even tried it at TDC just cuz and nada, swapped out everything but the cdi box so I will give that a go tomorrow with a JOG box. getting plenty of fuel and oil on the spark plug.

Having same problem on my Moby, it's a brand new Doppler pipe, removed the restrictor washer from the mounting hardware, 15 dellorto and la parti CDI ground to frame and intake stud. The spark is faint but I can see it. Tried a 0k and 5k boot. And no difference, tried different jets and adjusting the timing, can get a nice idol and sprayed it down, no leaks. Just not reving when I give it gas

Thanks, yes I swapped out the white headlight and speedo housing for black ones. Didn't know the side covers would be white with black though, that's pretty damn sick. Would have changed how I did things possibly. At this point I was just hoping to score the correct side covers in any condition and cover them in fake fur but who knows now. See what the world decides to give me in the nea

Rebuilt motor with new roller crank, ported and matched everything, Doppler exhaust, 15 dellorto, CDI but waiting on a new coil atm. Need to find some side covers for it. Cleaned and greased everything up. Welded up clutch, ceramic rollers, new chain, and leather honey. It's about done and going to be loved for many years to come. Ignore the missing magneto nut, it arrived later that afternoo

Congratulations on your upcoming retirement Don!About to rebuild a stock puch maxi to give to my father in law as a retirement present, he has never owned a moped. He says he can retire anytime he wants but he just keeps on working because the money is so good. Maybe a mopeds just what he needs to feel like a kid again and say screw work and finally retire himself.
