Peep this repair. During a canoe trip last year, after dropping of my canoe at the putin, I drove my car to the take out. After putting on the front wheel of my bicycle, the quick release lever snapped. Since, the only way to get back the canoe to start the trip was my bicycle, I searched the car for a solution. I found a monkey wrench and a bungy cord. Amazingly, it held up on my fixed gear

16. Re: Road Bicycles

Bikes are cake compared to mopeds. Indexed shifting is super easy to adjust too. Just search youtube for a video on how to do it. Its just gonna be slightly annoying if you don't have a repair stand.

Euro mopeds brands made good bikes, puch and puegeot. japanese bikes are usually good too, fujiAnything Reynolds 531 steel is sweet. I love my 1989 puegeot triathlon.

Jimmy Stucky — 12 years ago
Forum: Performance
doesn't sound 100% on your seize but a common problem on 15 bing polinis is the needle jet and/or needle postion is too lean. People slow down off full throttle and you hit the lean spot in your mid making lots of rpm and you seize.

30. Re: My first Honda PA50II project w/PICS

Jimmy Stucky — 12 years ago

I don't think that's going to work. You have to have a 6 roller variator for that. I hope I'm wrong though, because I have the same PA50II. I think they only came on Caminos.
