Awwww I hope you’re well Jbot! Mucho love 4 u.
The first time you scrape the rail you grab the Solareez and fix it up right. The second time you just feel ashamed you forgot the first. It’s not so bad. The Moved By Bikes rack has adjustable sections all over it and makes it easy to get it at the right height.Wind can be terrifying though...Better shot of the clearance Clarence.
It’s It’s still a beast... I’ve taken to riding stock hobbits with surfboard racks these days tho! I hope all my moped peeps are well.
68, and I got there faster than the rest of ya'll.
I Rembrandt when it was plumbed like that. No flow. So much better now.I have always appreciated your photographic skills.
I want to know why I am on the interneeeeeeeeetttttttttttrtt
Cheetah be hating....In reality, your bike was inspiration for mine!!!!you inspired me to go out find some big money sponsors and get er done....One day, one day I'll ride again. Sorry for double posting the same damn picture, I totally nerfed that. It's easy to do, and it really works well with hobbits , looks boss. My favorite part is how the tank and headlight bucket are so similar s
So spaced out the bottom, and 'pushed' the tank up to the c cup bracket. It was really straight forward... Get it, straight FORWARD. ...It was much easier and more elegant than other options, and the bracket at the bottom just uses a tube spacer to keep it square.... Let me find a picture...
I love my fucking side covers......
Who knew Cheeeeta could draw such a nice picture of a boot!
Fuck.... Now I actually have to show up.
Awwww... Are we gonna do the thing where we find out who has the fastest hobbit?!!!?!?!Sacramento. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi JBOTMy malossi h2o is by far is the fastest, and most comforting kit. No need to stress about overheating AND it rips. Also, beautifully manufactured.Worth the cost, worth the time plumbing.
See, I make my hobbit go 65 miles an hour by throwing money at the problem. JBOT makes his go 65 miles an hour by throwing his mind.
JBOT makes me want to ride and work on mopeds more often.I am just posting so he knows I care.
I may come out of reeetirrrrrrreeeeemmmment for this
Just build the exact same set up and weight on the opposite side.Do it JBOT, then do mine.
Omg.The covers are slightly spaced out so no rubs using crank gasketsThe fender is chopped but inverted, and yes it barely fits. And yes, all sorts of liquid cooled. And even though I don't ride it much anymore due to spine/ nerve problems probably caused by riding it, when I do it still does high 60's like a champ.
Chris , more pictures of the headlight mount here!
When is the ride this year JBOT!!!! You need me to cover some South Bay action while you go rock out with your led's out!?!?!
Looks like I finally have a reason to buy a welder....Come on mars, hand out the drawings! All I need to do is flip that "M" to a"W" and I am on some next level hobbit goodness!
In my opinion, 80% of hobbit tuning is transmission.Dial the weights, dial the spring tension, dial the belt tension. If you are using a stock modded vario, make your own weights, then dial them.took me about a year till I found what "felt" right.now it's easy peasy, These days I measure weight down to the 10th of a gram, and I can feel each one.If I change a pipe, I change weights,
Artful troll setup is artful.
BR&F spray on de la Cruz in San Jose.Found them on yelp, owner didn't even know what yelp was. It was adorable.Totally industrial, 100 bucks a color, no matter what I had. Did a bang up job on the bead blast and masking. Limited color choices, but if you bring your own powder they will do it up.
